As an educator, it is important for me to always develop my self both personally and professionally. Education trends; such as teaching information, techniques, and methods are constantly being updated and changed. There is always more to learn and new skills to attain as we have the potential to progress and refine our skills. It is about life-long learning and growing as an educator. Life-long learning will keep us motivated and thinking positively and will help us gain confidence to overcome any obstacles we face.
